No, the course is a flash based format that can run on any computer.

Do I need to pass a test in order to receive my certificate?

Yes, but the test questions allow you multiple attempts so it is impossible to fail the test.

Can I start and stop the course?

Yes, you may stop the course at any time and log out.  When you log back in you will be asked if you want to start the presentation where it left off.  You may even log back in from another computer.

How do I receive my certificate of completion?

After you complete the course you will be permitted to print out the certificate directly from your computer.

Can I print the course material?

Yes, you can print all the course slides as well as any other related course materials such as forms, letters and articles related to the course.

How long do I have access to the course material?

You may access the course for 10 years from the date of registration.

Do I need to read any material?

No, all you have to do is sit back and watch the presentation.

If I registered for a particular course last year, can I register for that course again this year and still receive credit?

Yes, as long as it is in a different license renewal cycle you may receive credit for the same course.
